It is our job to make sure all your expectations are exceeded, and that your day is stress free. We work closely with the other vendors and make a timeline so that everything runs smoothly and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing.
Wedding planners deal with everything from the making the small details perfect to coordinating with the other vendors. Venue coordinators often only deal with stuff that pertains to the venue like the catering. The planner will be with you all day from getting ready to sending you off as a married couple, where as the venue coordinator will not stay through the night and will only be at the venue.
A wedding planner should save you money and negotiate contracts. Since no two weddings are the same, it is important to go through every contract with every vendor to make sure it is suited perfectly for your wedding.
